Best time to visit: October to November and March to May

How to Reach

By Air: The nearest airport is Jubbarhatti about 23 km away from Shimla. It is well linked to Delhi and Chandigarh.

By Road: Shimla is well connected by roads with major cities like Kalka, Chandigarh, Delhi, Ambala, Ludhiana, Dehradun, Amritsar, Jammu, Jalandhar, etc.

By Rail: Shimla is connected with a broad gauge railway line up to Kalka and after that by narrow gauge line.

Itinerary

Duration: 4 Days/3 Nights

Places to visit: Delhi - Shimla - Manali - Delhi

Day 1: (Delhi Arrival)

On the arrival at the Delhi IGI airport you will reach Delhi and will be accompanied to the hotel that has been booked in advance. After reaching hotel you can go sightseeing tour in Delhi like go for historical places, shopping in Chandi Chowk etc. After enjoying the day you will return back the hotel for the overnight stay and dinner.

Day 2: (Delhi - Shimla)

After having breakfast you will go for Shimla. You will check into the hotel Shimla. After refreshment you can see the beautiful view of Himalayas and Snow Caped Shivalik Mountains. Then you can go to see the Tara Devi Temple and Jakhoo Temple. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Shimla.

Day 3: (Shimla - Manali)


In morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Manali which is beautiful hill station with snow capped mountains and outstanding sightseeing spots. Later at night dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Manali.

Day 4: (Manali - Delhi)


Last day you are free for shopping activities and then you will go for back to the Delhi.
