Vaishno Devi Tour

The Mata Vaishno Devi temple is the oldest and popular pilgrim of the India which is situated in the northern India, Jammu & Kashmir, state of Srinagar. It is located on the altitude of 5200 feet at the Trikuta Mountain. Ban Ganga, Charan Paduka temple, Ardh Kumari temple etc are more attractions for pilgrims. After a steep height of about 4 Kilometers from Ardhakumari the fourth and last stop is Sanjichat. The Sanjichat is the highest place in the track. One can enjoy the aerial view of Katra, Udhampur, Reasi and Jammu. There is an ISKCON temple in Katra. It is located at the Kalka Mata Mandir, opposite the petrol pump.

Itinerary

Duration: 5 Days/4 Nights

Place to visit: Delhi - Jammu - Vaishno Devi - Delhi

Day 1: (Delhi - Jammu)

Arrive to Delhi for Jammu.

Day 2: (Jammu - Katra - Vaishno Devi)

Take Bus or Taxi - Katra - check into the hotel

Day 3: (Vaishno Devi)

The Yatra begins at Katra from where you can go bare foot, horses or Palki for the darshan - Charan Paduka Temple - Ban Ganga Temple - Ardhakumari - Vaishno Devi Cave & temple - Bhairav Nath Temple (3 kilometers top from the Vaishno Devi temple)

Day 4: (Vaishno Devi - Katra - Jammu)

Return back to the Katra from Vaishno Devi temple - Jammu - Visit local sightseeing of Jammu - Back to the Hotel

Day 5: (Jammu - Delhi)

Return Back to the Delhi from Jammu.
